Professional bio:
Cheryl Marting, as Chief Connections Officer, is the ambassador of Auxano. Cheryl initiates and guides communication and special projects to build enduring relationships and to ensure value delivery with clients. With a keen communication savvy, Cheryl leads the marketing division of the organization, Auxano Creative. As Auxano’s “people expert,” Cheryl works with clients through team building and team coaching with the client for more effective communication as well as strengthening teams. Cheryl holds a BA in Psychology, BA in teaching, graduate study in Organizational Psychology, and is a Licensed Practitioner for Insights Learning and Development.
Who I am:
I love connecting leaders and ideas. I am an ENT who can go J or P, but lean toward the P. I am a Strategist, a Maximizer, Activator, Communicator and Ideator. Three words that capture what energizes me are Innovation, Initiation and Inspiration. I love creating and inspiring through words and visual expression. I take to heart the ideas that “words create worlds” and that “an image speaks a thousand words.” I get excited when those two ideas merge to capture people”s hearts and imaginations.
I love seeing people grow and develop into all they can be. I have very high standards for myself, yes that can affect you too. I invest deeply in ideas I believe in and people I believe in. I am passionate about the journey I am on with the auxano team.
I get energized by learning, creating, expressing myself, connecting with leaders, seeing ideas come to fruition, helping organizations gain synergy, being challenged and by that steep, rooty climb on my mountain bike.
